JEC NW Philosophy
JEC NW’s educational philosophy is based on the belief that all students can achieve confidence in their studies given appropriate guidance, persistent effort, and the desire to succeed.
JEC NW Program
JEC NW provides specialized tutoring in three main areas: elementary education, middle and high school education, and college admissions. JEC NW’s versatile and accomplished teaching staff helps students improve their proficiency in the following major subjects: English, math, science, history, and standardized tests including the SAT and ACT.
JEC NW Tutoring Type
We understand that every student learns in a unique way, so we offer personalized instruction in a variety of tutoring styles, including small group workshops (7-8 students), small group personal tutoring (3-4 students), and private tutoring (1 student).
A new student is given a free comprehensive diagnostic test to evaluate his or her current academic status. With the test results in hand, a JEC NW academic advisor engages the parents and student in an intensive conversation to form an appropriate personalized study plan including student goals and road map to achieve the goals.
